What do I need to bring to an event?

The main thing is an open mind, and plenty of energy. Spirits thrive off positive energy, so come expecting to laugh. And a torch, as we like the lights off and are usually in complete darkness. We also have lots of paranormal equipment, but encourage those who have their own to bring it with them.

We also ask that if you would like a hot drink, to bring your own in a flask as we can’t always guarantee there will be tea and coffee making facilities.

What should I wear?

Most of the places we visit are abandoned and usually very cold, especially in the winter months, so wrap up warm. Sensible shoes are also a must as some venues will feature plenty of uneven surfaces and stairs.

Will I see a ghost?

Due to the nature of our events, we can never guarantee anything. We always hope they will come out to play, so a positive mind set and plenty of positive energy is a must.

Do you fake it if nothing happens?

Absolutely not. This is why we say we can’t guarantee you will see anything. Whatever happens is completely genuine. We want to see something as much as you guys do.

I can’t make it to an event. Can I sell my ticket on?

If for any reason you are unable to attend, please contact us directly and we will discuss your options.

I’ve bought a ticket off someone online. Is it genuine?

We will only accept tickets purchased directly via us and our website. Unfortunately, if you have purchased a ticket through a third party vendor, then it will not be valid. We must have a list of names of those attending our events for health and safety reasons.
